“Yahweh: I Am”
I Am that I Am (‫אֶהְיֶה אֲשֶׁר אֶהְיֶה‬‎, ehyeh ašer ehyeh [ehˈje aˈʃer ehˈje]) is the common English translation (JPS among others) of the response God used in the Hebrew Bible when Mosesasked for his name (Exodus 3:14). It is one of the most famous verses in the Torah. Hayahmeans “existed” in Hebrew; ehyeh is the first person singular imperfect form and is usually translated in English Bibles as “I am” or “I will be” (or “I shall be”), for example, at Exodus 3:14. Ehyeh asher ehyeh literally translates as “I Am Who I Am.”

John 5:30-47
30 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.
31 If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true. 32 There is another that beareth witness of me; and I know that the witness which he witnesseth of me is true. 33 Ye sent unto John, and he bare witness unto the truth. 34 But I receive not testimony from man: but these things I say, that ye might be saved. 35 He was a burning and a shining light: and ye were willing for a season to rejoice in his light. 36 But I have greater witness than that of John: for the works which the Father hath given me to finish, the same works that I do, bear witness of me, that the Father hath sent me. 37 And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape. 38 And ye have not his word abiding in you: for whom he hath sent, him ye believe not. 39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. 40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life. 41 I receive not honour from men. 42 But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you. 43 I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. 44 How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only? 45 Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one that accuseth you, evenMoses, in whom ye trust. 46 For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. 47 But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?

Matthew 12:25-26
25 And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand: 26 and if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand?

Matthew 12:30-50
30 He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.
31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the HolyGhost shall not be forgiven unto men. 32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. 33 Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by hisfruit. 34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. 35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. 36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. 37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
38 Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee. 39 But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: 40 for as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. 41 The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here. 42 The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.
43 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. 44 Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. 45 Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.
46 While he yet talked to the people, behold, his mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him. 47 Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee. 48 But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren? 49 And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! 50 For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.

Matthew 6:22-25
22 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. 23 But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!
24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. 25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

“Seek to Do God’s Will or None at All”
One of the greatest lessons is to learn the depths of my own mortal heart. God looked upon man from the start and saw that he was thoroughly evil and wicked when of his own devices. So Our Father bestowed man with His Word, which is always at the lips of those who seek Him. The folly of man and the arrogance of Original Sin that continues today is that most often, man does not seek God, nor to do God’s will, but seeks rather his own self and that which is in his own best interest.
“Seek and tell shall find,” but only that which you truly seek. Most of us seek what we ourselves want, and so we never find God. God is always with us, watching and waiting, as huddled masses rush on by to their own graves through the futile act of self-seeking, ego inflation, vanity, and sinful desires of the flesh and self-will. The Word will truly sustain whomsoever believes upon Him, but all too often we choose instead to believe on ourselves and trust in the world or our own mortal resources. If I don’t lean on God then He couldn’t possibly hold me up! I must constantly make the decision to attend to thoughts of God, letting Him become my reality, and to relinquish any grasp upon material, worldly matters that would prevent me from depending upon God.
God sustains the Spirit and gives light to the Eye and the Soul within each being, but He can be rejected and starved out of one’s Soul by dependence upon corporeal needs and ego-driven desires for a sense of self-importance or carnal satiation, which only sustains the fleeting, mortal, and festering abomination of ego and sin. The human self and ego is inherently vanity and evil if it is not surrendered to the task of seeking to perform God’s will, thus sacrificing one’s will and one’s self. Only by sacrificing self-will as a motive can one hope to do God’s will, as the two are as black and white as good and evil and are, in fact, mutually exclusive without exception. Only God is good. The act of sacrificing one’s self-will, seen as the inclination to be selfish and therefore evil, is the only way one may receive God’s grace and mercy of eternal life and redemption. One has free will to reject God’s will and God’s grace at any given moment, but also, by the same token, to redirect and follow after Him again the very next! Life is a succession of choices to think of and seek God, or to sin and seek oneself. We cannot follow perfectly, as we are not God, but the choice to do right in the Eyes of the Lord is ours alone, and persistence in that choice is favored.
“A house divided against itself cannot stand,” so to follow after self-will, the pride of one’s ego, or vanity, is to follow after vainglory, and therefore, sin, evil, and condemnation, by rejecting the will of God. To seek to be a conduit of God and become as virtuous in that act of sacrifice is to partake in the righteousness of the Lord; only God is ever truly righteous, and all else will perish at the day of reckoning, which is the day in which that one dies. God will not and cannot condemn a temple of His Own will, and so all who seek to exalt the Lord and glorify God by humbling themselves receive His grace and full pardon for their inherent, and divinely-intended flaws. We were created by God to be dependent upon the Lord to be good. The Soul is designed to be a tabernacle of the Lord that is preserved by God beyond the first death of the body, but to devote oneself to self-seeking is to be a tabernacle of vainglory destined to perish, because it does not house and contain the Lord, Who bestows eternal life.
Only through Christ may any of us enter Heaven, by following His example and His teachings in all of our daily affairs. His Word, of joy and wisdom, as the fruits of spiritual knowledge, is upon the lips of all who seek Him, by unity of vision with God.
The Word of God, as love and truth, is truly sustenance to the Spirit, and the only source of nourishment to the eternal Soul.

John 5:30
30 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.
Matthew 12:50
50 For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.
Matthew 6:24
24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
Matthew 19:16-17
16 And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? 17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
Matthew 7:21
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Psalm 62:1-2; 5-12
1 Truly my soul waiteth upon God:
from him cometh my salvation.
2 He only is my rock and my salvation;
he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.
5 My soul, wait thou only upon God;
for my expectation is from him.
6 He only is my rock and my salvation:
he is my defence; I shall not be moved.
7 In God is my salvation and my glory:
the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.
8 Trust in him at all times;
ye people, pour out your heart before him:
God is a refuge for us. Selah.
9 Surely men of low degree are vanity,
and men of high degree are a lie:
to be laid in the balance, they arealtogether lighter than vanity.
10 Trust not in oppression,
and become not vain in robbery:
if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.
11 God hath spoken once;
twice have I heard this;
that power belongeth unto God.
12 Also unto thee, O Lord, belongethmercy:
for thou renderest to every man according to his work.

“Today’s Mantra:”
My license plate number, because I must admit, I don’t know (offhand) what it is!

Think of something you don’t know, and that remains admittedly beyond your grasp despite any and all your efforts of striving. For instance, your license plate number, which you haven’t memorized. Find comfort in thinking of that which you don’t know and that remains beyond all of your knowledge, and then let God reside there, in all His glory. Experience awe and wonder, marveling at His mystery as a piece of artwork, to be appreciated, rather than as a puzzle to solve or to figure out. Bask in His magnificence and allow His miracles and power beyond all fathoming to overtake and astound you. Savor the experience of not being in control, feel the release as you relinquish self-direction, and warmly, with humility, meekness, and beneficence, accept the truth of His love, in all its overwhelming magnitude, beyond all limits and understanding. Surrender to the Almighty God, “for He is good, for His mercy endureth forever.” (-Psalm 118:29)

“Elevation: Welcome to Real Life!”🚠
This awe and wonder, this appreciation of God, is the “fear of the Lord,” as the Seventh Gift of the Holy Spirit, and is the beginning of all wisdom and spirituality.

“Help? …Why Yes, Help!”🚨
Admitting ignorance is the first step to knowledge, and reinforces the humility necessary to be a student of the Lord. If I don’t know a word or don’t understand something, I am to use a dictionary or search engine to look it up and search it out, or to ask someone else for help. There is nothing beyond possibility nor understanding if it is within the range of God’s will. It is God’s will for His Word to be understood by all who seek Him, and He will directly guide my interpretation and understanding of the Bible and any holy Scriptures whensoever I ask it of Him. There is no true wisdom that is too hard to understand if I seek it with humility under God. God’s Word of love, truth, and mercy is intended for all of mankind, and is inherently never beyond the reach or grasp or ability of anyone to understand, no matter how simple-minded we may be. All who persist with effort in seeking His knowledge and spiritual fruit will attain the soul-sustaining nourishment of His love.

“The Perils of Disobedience”🚒
Admitting ignorance is the first step, but after that, there is never any excuse for remaining ignorant, because we believe in God. We believe in God, and therefore, in God’s power and salvation for all of us through the following of His path as it is laid out by the texts of His holy Scriptures. He bestows His Word for the purpose of our benefit and for our understanding, as a gift we must accept and heed in order to actually receive. If I do not follow the teachings in the Bible, then I reject Christ’s redemption, and will not enter into His salvation. I can only ever receive God’s glory if I seek His will and abide in His love.

Jeremiah 9:23-26
23 Thus saith the Lord,
Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom,
neither let the mighty man glory in his might,
let not the rich man glory in his riches:
24 but let him that glorieth glory in this,
that he understandeth and knoweth me,
that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness,
judgment, and righteousness, in the earth:
for in these things I delight, saith the Lord.
25 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will punish all them which arecircumcised with the uncircumcised; 26 Egypt, and Judah, and Edom, and the children of Ammon, and Moab, and all that are in the utmost corners, that dwell in the wilderness: for all these nations areuncircumcised, and all the house of Israel are uncircumcised in the heart.

“The Heavens Declare the Glory of God”
Psalm 19:3-4a,b
3 There is no speech nor language,
where their voice is not heard.
4 Their line is gone out through all the earth,
and their words to the end of the world.

“Two Suns in the Sunset”
By Pink Floyd
In my rear view mirror the sun is going down
Sinking behind bridges in the road
And I think of all the good things
That we have left undone
And I suffer premonitions
Confirm suspicions
Of the holocaust to come.
The wire that holds the cork
That keeps the anger in
Gives way
And suddenly it’s day again.
The sun is in the east
Even though the day is done.
Two suns in the sunset
Could be the human race is run.
Like the moment when the brakes lock
And you slide towards the big truck
”Oh no!”
”Daddy, Daddy!”
You stretch the frozen moments with your fear.
And you’ll never hear their voices
And you’ll never see their faces
You have no recourse to the law anymore.
And as the windshield melts
My tears evaporate
Leaving only charcoal to defend.
Finally I understand the feelings of the few.
Ashes and diamonds
Foe and friend
We were all equal in the end.
“And now the weather. Tomorrow will be cloudy with scattered showers
Spreading from the east with an expected high of 4000 degrees

Luke 10:25-28
25 And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? 26 He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou? 27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself. 28 And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.

Luke 10:38-42
38 Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house. 39 And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus’ feet, and heard his word. 40 But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me. 41 And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: 42 but one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.

“All Equal under God”🌓🌈
Because of the inherent sinfulness of each human, within both ourselves and each of our brethren, it is impossible to love each other truly under any and all conditions, if left to our own power and devices of self. When I am wronged and treated unjustly, the natural and normal response is to take offense, experience pain, and then feel anger towards that person for hurting me and treating me cruelly and unjustly. It is only by loving God directly, before even considering my fellow man, that I am ever able to circumvent that natural human reaction of sin, or hatred for mistreatment.
The normally ensuing emotional response to being hurt, as the reply dictated and decreed by God through His laws of nature, is the reaction of a will of “recompense,” or to respond in kind to an affront against me. “Recompense,” as the will within myself to punish others for wrongdoing towards me, rather than to treat them with love, is what would happen if I did not practice the submission of my will to God, by turning from them and instead towards Him, and exercising love towards God. Only by turning to God with love am I able to reply to the brethren who have pained me so with love, instead of with anger or a will for vengeance. I love those who hurt me, but only out of love for God, by virtue of their belonging to the Father and for being the children and personal property of God, Who is Father to us all. I love and respect God, and so I necessarily must love and respect all His children, without exception or condition.
Only because I love God, who loves me perfectly, is it humanly possible to love all people without exception, despite the laws of nature, despite any evil or hateful intentions they may have towards me, and despite any pain that they inflict upon me. I love those who hate me because they are God’s children and I love God–it is this love for God that is the “Great Intervener,” that power that keeps me at peace and morally upright with this wretched world of sin. Without first and foremost loving God Himself directly, I could not possibly love those who mistreat me, because God’s Own natural and divinely-designated reaction, or “recompense” and human response to being mistreated and hated, is to hate them back, as responding in kind! It is God alone, through our interactions with Him, Who enables us to love one another in the midst of any evil, hatred, the wrongdoing of others, trials, challenges, or tribulations. I love you, no matter who you are and no matter what you’ve done, but only because I first love the Lord our God.
“Abba, Abba!”🌞🌈👼
Without God, as the Intervenor between the hatefulness of this world, the destiny of any of us would be to succumb to evil, by responding in kind and in sin to the hatred of our brethren, which hatefulness is naturally occurring and inherent within any mortal soul. Loving God directly is the only path by which we may be freed from the human bondage of mortality, evil, and sin, and thus experience a new destiny, a destiny preordained by His own loving will, the destiny of sacred knowledge of God–the one destiny that He had ever willed and intended for us, His beloved children.

“Lighten up.”😜

Logic (quantitative reasoning):
We are Equal IFF (if and only if) under God.

“A Sign… of Devotion”🌈
Capitalizing as proper nouns any pronouns referring to the Lord (e.g.: Who, Thou, Him, We) is a display of worship and respect, and works effectively as a small form of praise, as like a little nod of recognition made to honor His greatness.

John 3:25-36
25 Then there arose a question between some of John’s disciples and the Jews about purifying. 26 And they came unto John, and said unto him, Rabbi, he that was with thee beyond Jordan, to whom thou barest witness, behold, the same baptizeth, and all men come to him. 27 John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven. 28 Ye yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I am not the Christ, but that I am sent before him. 29 He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled. 30 He must increase, but I mustdecrease.
31 He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all. 32 And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony. 33 He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true. 34 For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him. 35 The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. 36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

“A Doormat for the Lord of Hosts”💒
My glory is not in my own self, but in God. I purify my soul and cleanse that channel of self-will and ego, becoming less, so that I may allow more room for God within me. I empty myself and I am filled with God. My rejoicing is in the happiness I receive from God, and not in any of my own works. My happiness is to be near to God and to hear His comfort and wisdom, and not to be the one in power bestowing that voice. My need for control is not to be in control, but to be under control by God’s hand.

“Good Hostess”👑
This is the natural residence intended for my own ego, as under submission to God, within His care, and freed from the turmoil and turbulence of my own unstable ego–when I place myself in humility under God, I am right-sized and rightly-placed, and so can avoid the inevitable alternative of that rollercoaster of an “egomaniac with an inferiority complex,” which is the natural result of esteeming myself when I ought to be lowering myself to esteem the Lord. If I build up my ego instead of glorifying God, I will always eventually be knocked down, because my place is not meant to be elevated, nor to overtake the place of God.

“Built with Red Doors”🚪
I try to be a throne and a house to God, and not the recipient of that crown of His glory. I welcome God within my heart, by being tender, open, or “circumcised in spirit,” and vulnerable, as fully and entirely prone and susceptible to any evils, but also therefore, entirely open to God’s care, by trusting wholly in Him alone, instead of investing in myself or trying to be my own source of protection. He will abide forever within a believer of His love and goodness, and will never condemn a house of God. God resides within the tabernacle of my heart, as my Soul, which is sacrificed and sanctified by love to be a temple of God and an eternal mansion, housing the Lord.

“Ask for the Spirit, not for the Body”😇
Whatever request one makes of the Father in the name of the Spirit is given unto him without measure. It is God’s will and good pleasure to provide sustenance for the Spirit which dwelleth within us all, so that we may all receive His bounty of spiritual blessings, and ascension unto eternal life.

John 7:14-18; 37-39
14 Now about the midst of the feast Jesus went up into the temple, and taught. 15 And the Jews marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned? 16 Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me. 17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself. 18 He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.
37 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. 38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. 39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

Luke 24:44-53
44 And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and inthe psalms, concerning me. 45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, 46 and said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: 47 and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. 48 And ye are witnesses of these things. 49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.
50 And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them. 51 And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven. 52 And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy: 53 and were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.

Acts 9:3-6
3 And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: 4 and he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? 5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. 6 And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord saidunto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.

John 8:31-41
31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; 32 and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. 33 They answered him, We be Abraham’s seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free? 34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. 35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever. 36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. 37 I know that ye are Abraham’s seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you. 38 I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father. 39 They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham’s children, ye would do the works of Abraham. 40 But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham. 41 Ye do the deeds of your father.

Proverbs 4:20-27
20 My son, attend to my words;
incline thine ear unto my sayings.
21 Let them not depart from thine eyes;
keep them in the midst of thine heart.
22 For they are life unto those that find them,
and health to all their flesh.
23 Keep thy heart with all diligence;
for out of it are the issues of life.
24 Put away from thee a froward mouth,
and perverse lips put far from thee.
25 Let thine eyes look right on,
and let thine eyelids look straight before thee.
26 Ponder the path of thy feet,
and let all thy ways be established.
27 Turn not to the right hand nor to the left:
remove thy foot from evil.

“The Truth.”🔔
There is a condition to accessing God. One hundred percent honesty is necessary to learn the truth of God. One cannot “cherry-pick” the facts and hearken only to the soft and innocuous truths, or those facts that offer comfort, but are deceptions aimed at excusing bad behavior and enabling the continuation of moral transgressions. God dwells in the Truth, and so to access God, one must take the whole lump and accept the good along with the bad, the hard facts to face and the bitter pills to swallow. If I wish to live in delusion, that is my right by freewill, but God is the Great Reality, and He does not exist in the make-believe land of self-delusion, pride, and sin. Only by my willingness to take in all elements of the truth, and not just the ones I find most convenient, will I lay the moral groundwork necessary to welcome and house the Lord. It goes without saying that God is upright and abhors deceitfulness and dishonesty. If I allow lies to take root within my heart, then my own dishonesty cuts me off from His redeeming grace.
Only my own fear, manifested as self-deception to cover over or deny my faults, sins, or wrongdoings, can ever close me off from God’s light. When I avow the power of God, by claiming Him to be the perfection of love, as love that persists through all my personal shortcomings, I glorify and honor Him. I do not dwell of the ego-based sense of guilt for my flaws, but rather, I focus upon the glory of God, as He is so great that He loves me anyway!
I can only glorify the Father, as the perfection of love, mercy, forgiveness, kindness, and virtue beyond fathoming, if I first recognize my own weaknesses and so then recognize how He saves me from sin. If I do not admit that I need saving, then in what way could He be my God and Savior? If I do not need salvation from self-will, wrongdoing, shortcomings, and sins, then I am being dishonest about myself and my personal failings, because God created me to be flawed and in need of His rescuing. The more thoroughly I admit and humbly understand that I am hurting, and that “I am not okay,” the better I actually become!
Only the truth can ever set me free, because the root of all sin is the bondage of self, which is only made into a prison, holed off from God’s light, by dishonesty about myself, or self-deception. Fear to look within and see the truth of my own wretchedness builds up a wall between me and the Lord, because deception is the rejection of truth and abhorrent to God. Praising God’s perfection of love and forgiveness, and clinging devoutly to this correct belief of God’s goodness, ousts the fear that leads to the self-deception of lies, pride, and fallacious ego-bolstering arrogance and false self-confidence. My confidence is not in myself, but in God.
This truthful belief of God, as perfect love, coupled with the willingness to improve my lifestyle, by sacrificing sinful habits, and practicing character building to become more virtuous and Christ-like, enables me to face difficult truths about my character with courage instead of fear. The willingness to make the necessary changes to become a better person precludes all fear and therefore any actual sin, because I’m trying to do God’s will and the right thing, instead of my own sinful and selfish wants and desires. Willingness is fostered by expressing love for God, because He responds and loves us back, which heightens our affection for receiving His care, and thus continuously fuels the desire to lovingly serve Him instead of our own carnal lusts or worldly, sinful instincts.

John 11:40-46
40 Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? 41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. 42 And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me. 43 And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. 44 And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.
45 Then many of the Jews which came to Mary, and had seen the things which Jesus did, believed on him. 46 But some of them went their ways to the Pharisees, and told them what things Jesus had done.

John 12:23-26; 44-50
23 And Jesus answered them, saying, The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified. 24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit. 25 He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. 26 If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.
44 Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me. 45 And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me. 46 I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. 47 And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. 48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day. 49 For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. 50 And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.

“We Hold These Truths…”🥁
God is Truth. If I want God, I must be willing to accept the whole truth, rather than just the parts I would like to believe. To reject any portion of the real truth is actually deception, via the lie of omission. To reject any of the truth in this way, by selectively choosing only the self-serving portions and catering to a personal bias, or only looking for confirmation of my own goodness so that I can evade the work of making difficult changes in my life, is sin and dishonesty. This ego-driven selection of convenient beliefs, that foster my own arrogance and complacency, rather than facing difficult and painful honest facts, precludes any knowledge of God’s truth, as it exists in whole, and therefore, of God. Only within the complete picture, with the factual truth of total honesty, can one find the objective knowledge of God, which He Himself provides. When my vision is unbiased and untainted by my own wants and selfish desires, and I refrain from imposing my will upon an image of God, in an effort to force Him into conforming to my own will for my life, then God will emerge and fill in the gaps. In letting go, I can provide the freedom to let Him shape Himself, in all truth and honesty, and God reveals Himself as the Person He truly is.

“…To Be Self-Evident”🎷
God is Love. I am willing and able to swallow these hard facts because the truth of God’s all-powerful redemption, mercy, forgiveness, and incorruptibility surpasses all other truths, and is the Great Reality that makes all the self-searching worth it. I accept the pain of hard truths because that is the only path to the coinciding truth of God’s almighty love, which always and without fail conquers all. The truth, of the power of God’s love, is what equips me to face terror without fear, and to meet any challenge, even death itself, head on with courage. Intuitively we all know, deep down, once we’re willing to be honest with ourselves, that God is love, and that He has dominion over all fear and evil, and has destined us to submit to love.

“Liberty and Justice for All”🎺
God’s love is the truth. If I want that, then I must be willing to accept whatever else may come along with it, and trust in Him.

“The Matrix: The Red Pill”🎸
The way out is through. In accepting the pain of hard truths, I am bestowed the blessing that is the truth of God’s love. This great fact, of God’s love, inherently makes any difficulty not only bearable, but worth it beyond measure, transforming any trial or tribulation into a blessing. The more difficult the pain, the more intense the ecstasy of love, which by God’s law of justice, equality, and recompense, is commensurate with the extent of the hardship one endures in following faith.

“The Truth Sets Us Free”❤️
Being honest about the pain and the struggle sets me free, because of the corresponding truth of Your love. The only thing that ever cuts me off from You is a lack of honesty and the denial of truth, which clamps up the seal of my soul also from the truth that is You, God. The more I let the truth into my soul, my heart, the more pain I feel, but also, the more real Your presence becomes in my life. As long as I strive towards truth, no matter what, all will be well, because You and Jesus and Your incorruptible love are folded up in that truth. I must accept it all without exception, good and bad alike, if I wish to ever receive You. You reside only in the truth, as the Great Reality.

I’ll be your pedestal. I can’t help but put you on one, God!🗼

John 11:8-16
8 His disciples say unto him, Master, the Jews of late sought to stone thee; and goest thou thither again? 9 Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world. 10 But if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light in him. 11 These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep. 12 Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleep, he shall do well. 13 Howbeit Jesus spake of his death: but they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep. 14 Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead. 15 And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to the intent ye may believe; nevertheless let us go unto him. 16 Then said Thomas, which is called Didymus, unto his fellowdisciples, Let us also go, that we may die with him.

“The Morally Upright Path”🏮
The “Light in the darkness,” is the truth of Christ’s calling within my conscience, to abide by virtue and to do the right thing. To go back and raise Lazarus from “sleep” is the right thing to do, as the moral high road, and so when that path is chosen, each step along the way will always be well-lit and fully illumined, light as day no matter how treacherous the road, by upholding that lantern of righteousness.

John 11:9-10
9 Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world. 10 But if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light in him.

“Celestial Lantern”🔥
To abide by my conscience and act in accordance with love, even at the risk of my own safety, is paradoxically the surest safety of all, because I know that I am doing right by the Lord. I know that each step I take will land safe and secure, whether my footfall is upon solid ground or upon water, because it is Christ Himself Who places each step for me. To submit to the Light and goodness of Christ’s teachings, and forsake the path of fear, sin, and darkness, is to be a follower of Christ; however, if I follow after darkness, as my own sinful self-interest, I may as well be wearing a blindfold, because His Light of reason and moral uprightness would no longer be within me. The path of courage and of love, which puts me at risk of bodily death, is far safer than avoiding death, because it sustains the celestial Light of God, and His eternal life within me. This Light within is what keeps me alive in Spirit and on the right road of eternity, as the path of God’s will, no matter what sort of assailants lie ahead. I must cater to the needs of the Spirit within instead of surrendering to fear or to flesh, because to succumb to sin is the death of the Spirit, which is the only veritable form of death that there could ever be. To walk by faith, in love and self-sacrifice, offering up only my best intentions, to only ever do the right thing as dictated by God’s love etched within my heart, as my soul and moral compass, then God will always fulfill His law of justice to ensure that these righteous, altruistic intentions will come to fruition. Living in accordance with virtue and working in cooperation with God’s almighty will for goodness necessitates the eventuality of that outcome. God’s will is inevitable and it is good, and to swim against that life-sustaining current of the Spirit is the only death that could destroy me, which is the death of sin against God.
I can choose the sin of self-will and darkness, seeking to ensure my own safety by allowing another to remain in “sleep,” or I can choose to follow God’s will of Light, and heed the behest of the Lord, to act rightly, within my soul. In forsaking myself and efforts to provide the security for my own wellbeing, in favor of abiding by the faith and love and Light of God, I am always found, by sustaining that Light of the soul that is unity with God’s vision. Wherever I go in the Light, I cannot falter.

“Night-Sketches. Beneath an Umbrella” from “Twice-Told Tales” (pg. 236-244)
by Nathaniel Hawthorne
“This figure shall supply me with a moral where-with, for lack of a more appropriate one, I may wind up my sketch. He fears not to tread the dreary path before him, because his lantern, which was kindled at the fireside of his home, will light him back to that same fireside again. And thus we, night-wanderers through a stormy and dismal world, if we bear the lamp of Faith enkindled at a celestial fire, it will surely lead us home to that heaven whence its radiance was borrowed” (pg. 244).

Monday 4/3/17

A Miracle?
Not having a brain is hardly noteworthy, if one doesn’t happen to have a head either! 👻
(Selections from:)
-Matthew 5
-Romans 13
-1 Thessalonians 5

Matthew 5:1-11
Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
5 And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him: 2 and he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying, 3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. 5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. 6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. 7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. 8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. 9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. 10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

“How’d you do it? I’ll tell you how I did it.”
If it is in the name of Christ, and adheres to the firm and indisputable dictates of God’s truth within the conscience, and prescribes following steadfastly and without falter after the exaltation of God’s love, upholding the faith in all adversity, then it is necessitating the miracle of God.

🚪”Pure, unadulterated love.”🖼
The Eye, as the window to the soul, that is unhindered, unobstructed, fully set off the hinges by being so pure in tapping into the stream of God’s goodness that’s wholly undiluted, is bursting forth His power as unfiltered, untainted, and pristinely potent. To be without any other agenda or motive than merely to do and be the essence of love is to welcome the influence of God into my life, and to let Him work through me without any hindrance of sin, fear, or the defilement of His purpose by the ego.
When the invitation made to God, to work through my life, is completely open to His wishes, unobstructed by any interference or conflict of interest, when I lay myself prone to His majesty with the complete surrender that can only take place through the devout insistence that He is perfect love, then God will appear, clear as day.

⛲️Give us this “Dei,” our daily bread.💧
The stream of love, as God’s sacred wisdom and knowledge, that flows from such lips, with intentions only be a vehicle to convey God’s care and comfort, without the pollution of any concern or interest in what may happen to oneself, is to be the embodiment of God’s will on Earth. To get out of the way as much as possible and just “let God be great,” without tainting or misdirecting His power towards my own aims, thereby diluting its potency, is the utmost meaning I can derive from this life, because it is the utmost that I can give of myself towards the interest of “life itself.”
To see and understand the beauty of the big picture and the overall concept of life is the only joy I know, and to let my mind linger on my own individual life somehow means death to me. I cannot make sense of my own life or selfhood if viewed in isolation, but when taken in and absorbed as “all together,” just the nature and power of the “idea of life,” and the influence that that power has over my own singular being, is overwhelming. Of myself I can do nothing nor muster any courage, but for life itself, I cannot help but manage to summon resources that are actually even beyond me! I love the whole of all living beings, because I love the concept of life. Life itself, the propensity to grow and propel forward in glorious birth, is its own redeemer, and is its own “raison d’être.”
🗻”Raising the roof” gets “Sistine.”⛪️

Romans 13
Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
13 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. 2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: 4 for he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. 5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake. 6 For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God’s ministers, attending continually upon this very thing. 7 Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour. 8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. 9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
11 And that, knowing the time, that now it ishigh time to awake out of sleep: for now isour salvation nearer than when we believed. 12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. 13 Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. 14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

1 Thessalonians 5
5 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. 2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. 5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. 6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. 7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. 8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. 9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him. 11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.
12 And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you; 13 and to esteem them very highly in love for their work’s sake. And be at peace among yourselves. 14 Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men. 15 See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.
16 Rejoice evermore. 17 Pray without ceasing. 18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. 19 Quench not the Spirit. 20 Despise not prophesyings. 21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. 22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.
25 Brethren, pray for us. 26 Greet all the brethren with an holy kiss.
27 I charge you by the Lord that this epistle be read unto all the holy brethren.
28 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ bewith you. Amen.

1 Thessalonians 5:17-18
17 Pray without ceasing. 18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Let’s Hang.😅
I like to hang about the thoughts of the Psalms, as the hotspots I frequent within my mind–the only truly happening place.

(Selections from:)
-Proverbs 16
-James 2
-Jeremiah 13

Proverbs 16:1-9; 16-24; 31-32
Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
16 The preparations of the heart in man,
and the answer of the tongue, isfrom the Lord.
2 All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes;
but the Lord weigheth the spirits.
3 Commit thy works unto the Lord,
and thy thoughts shall be established.
4 The Lord hath made all things for himself:
yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.
5 Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the Lord:
though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished.
6 By mercy and truth iniquity is purged:
and by the fear of the Lord mendepart from evil.
7 When a man’s ways please the Lord,
he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.
8 Better is a little with righteousness
    than great revenues without right.
9 A man’s heart deviseth his way:
but the Lord directeth his steps.

16 How much better is it to get wisdom than gold!
and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!
17 The highway of the upright is to depart from evil:
he that keepeth his way preserveth his soul.
18 Pride goeth before destruction,
and an haughty spirit before a fall.
19 Better it is to be of an humble spirit with the lowly,
than to divide the spoil with the proud.
20 He that handleth a matter wisely shall find good:
and whoso trusteth in the Lord, happy is he.
21 The wise in heart shall be called prudent:
and the sweetness of the lips increaseth learning.
22 Understanding is a wellspring of life unto him that hath it:
but the instruction of fools is folly.
23 The heart of the wise teacheth his mouth,
and addeth learning to his lips.
24 Pleasant words are as an honeycomb,
sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.

31 The hoary head is a crown of glory,
if it be found in the way of righteousness.
32 He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty;
and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.

⛱”…Ruleth the Spirit” (-Proverbs 16:32)
The lower I make myself, the better off I become. Creating space for God within my self and my life can only transpire when I clear out my selfish desires and delve out a space for God’s influence.

🏖”Shoulder the Burden of Truth”
The less I think of my own self and the more I listen for God’s thoughts instead, allowing Him to provide my thought-life via the channel of my soul, the better off I become. My own self, if viewed in isolation, cannot shoulder the burden of my focus, as my gaze is just too intense. When I try to “go it alone,” or view myself apart from the thought of God, with the idea of Him at the forefront of my mind and understanding of this world, then I will know it, because I will feel doubt, worry, fear, or anxiety, instead of the serenity, or calm assurance, that is only produced by faith in God’s love above all else. Upholding love for God is the refinement of the practices of faith. Only faith in God’s love dispels such ego-derived fear and thus enables fruitful, as wise and honest, contemplation of all matters, including the truthful self-examination and reflection necessary to perform a moral inventory, and come to terms with my own limitations, inherent human inadequacies and sinfulness, without the barriers set up by the ego, or succumbing to the pitfalls of the sins of self-based pride and fear.

🏝”The Procession”
When I let God lead the procession of my thoughts, the weight of my attention and the burden of the piercingly deep focus of His Eye is evenly and equally distributed upon His broad and almighty shoulders. Only with Him spearheading my thinking is the exploration of my self or my soul ever fruitful, because He upholds that lantern of His almighty, all-conquering, love to illumine all the shadows of my fear and dispel all the doubts and evils that exist in the self if it is pondered without God. All love only ever comes from God. To know God is to uphold the principle of His love.

🌿”To Know God”🌴
If I do not humble myself and recognize and admit that I cannot adequately care for myself or manage my life, then there is no way I could depend upon God. If I am not admitting that I cannot cope or be in charge of myself and my life, then there is no way in which I could be depending upon God and actually be relying upon my faith. If I am not actively depending upon God, then I am not practicing faith, and it amounts to nothing. If I am not actively relying upon faith, and feeling the support in my life of God’s provision and care, rather than my own, then I have faith without works, which is good for nothing, because “faith without works is dead.” By contrast, through “faith with works,” and actual reliance upon God instead of upon myself and self-direction, then and only then, God emerges as real and tangible, because I actually treat Him as real, to the exclusion of all other aspects of life. “God as unconditional love,” unconditional in meaning that His love is necessarily extended to everyone, always and without exception, is the only belief worthy and effective for true reliance, and the only inherently reliable idea in which one can ever invest one’s trust, and thereby please God in practicing a “faith that works.”

🕊”Humbling the Self”🍼🍯
Only when I give up on my own resources could I possibly let God into my heart and my life and let Him save me from my struggles–my defeat is the victory of God. I gladly humbly myself, because only through the honest recognition that I don’t have a handle on any of this can I truly depend upon God’s strength to pull Us through. God only ever becomes real to me in my life when I actually depend upon Him; I could not possibly know God if I relied upon myself, because I would be self-reliant instead of God-reliant, and so He would never have occasion to manifest for me. I do not believe in myself, I do not have faith in myself, I do not put trust into myself, and I do not have self-confidence. I trust only in the Lord. In lowering myself in this way, by “getting out of the way,” God becomes real, because I am really relying upon Him! If I rely upon myself, I inherently could not rely upon God, and so God would never be real to me, nor would I know Him. God is welcomed into my heart to help, solely by the power and conviction of my own belief. I don’t believe in myself, I believe in God. Only God is truly real.

Proverbs 16:18-20
18 Pride goeth before destruction,
and an haughty spirit before a fall.
19 Better it is to be of an humble spirit with the lowly,
than to divide the spoil with the proud.
20 He that handleth a matter wisely shall find good:
and whoso trusteth in the Lord, happy is he.

James 2:8-26
8 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well: 9 but if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors. 10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point,he is guilty of all. 11 For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. 12 So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty. 13 For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.
14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, 16 and one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? 17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. 18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. 19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. 20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? 22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? 23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. 24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. 25 Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way? 26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

Jeremiah 13:10-17
10 This evil people, which refuse to hear my words, which walk in the imagination of their heart, and walk after other gods, to serve them, and to worship them, shall even be as this girdle, which is good for nothing. 11 For as the girdle cleaveth to the loins of a man, so have I caused to cleave unto me the whole house of Israel and the whole house of Judah, saith the Lord; that they might be unto me for a people, and for a name, and for a praise, and for a glory: but they would not hear.
12 Therefore thou shalt speak unto them this word; Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, Every bottle shall be filled with wine: and they shall say unto thee, Do we not certainly know that every bottle shall be filled with wine? 13 Then shalt thou say unto them, Thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will fill all the inhabitants of this land, even the kings that sit upon David’s throne, and the priests, and the prophets, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, with drunkenness. 14 And I will dash them one against another, even the fathers and the sons together, saith the Lord: I will not pity, nor spare, nor have mercy, but destroy them.
15 Hear ye, and give ear; be not proud:
for the Lord hath spoken.
16 Give glory to the Lord your God, before he cause darkness,
and before your feet stumble upon the dark mountains,
and, while ye look for light, he turn it into the shadow of death,
and make it gross darkness.
17 But if ye will not hear it,
my soul shall weep in secret places for your pride;
and mine eye shall weep sore, and run down with tears,
because the Lord’s flock is carried away captive.

🎺Mercy trumps justice. (-James 2:13)

🛡”Shield of Faith and Love”⚔️
Faith means that the metaphysical dimension of my thoughts, wherein I could practice appraisals and self-evaluation from a standpoint of judgement, is reserved for God, and not for myself. The dimension of judgement is filled in by faith, which renders moot and irrelevant any questioning as to whether or not I’m okay or whether something is good or bad.

☁️”Diligent Foot-Soldier”🔥
Practicing faith means that the judging dimension of my mind is sacrificed to God. That metaphysical layer of higher thought is turned over to Him, and I refrain from allowing my ego a foothold on that level. God’s love, by my faith, fully absorbs that aspect of my thinking, as that higher dimension of spiritual understanding. Through diligent effort and practice at cognitive control and flexibility exercises, constantly lowering myself to a position of faith and love instead of worry or doubt, God forms an ever-present protective buffer around my thinking, serving as a shield and a defensive layer of thought, an impenetrable fortress of the Lord, forged entirely of the Spirit through pure belief.

“The Compass”🥀
Often, when I am confronted with my own inability within a given situation and must admit that I’m not capable, I may succumb to the pitfall of the ego and dwell upon my own inadequacy, falling prey to self-pity. The healthy alternative to this treacherous character defect, or sin, is, instead of focusing upon myself, to focus upon God. When I shift focus off of my own defects and use them merely as an opportunity, or the spring board, by which to glorify God’s redeeming grace, rather than dwell in the darkness of the ego’s guilt and shame, then I have made proper use of humility.

“Full Circle of Life”🌹
Humility is the beautiful enlightening honesty that clears the way for God to enter into my soul and cast out that despair and desperation. My weakness is not meant to shame me, it is merely the means by which I may be confronted by my own humanness and thereby have the need by which I may know the blessing that is God. When I let go of my ego enough to welcome His graces, then I can enjoy the bliss of praising His name. I could never know His glory and His salvation if I didn’t admit that my own resources were insufficient to sustain me.

“Squaring the Circle”🌿
I try not to make the mistake of mourning me when I could instead be glorifying God. To focus upon the guilt of my inadequacy to manage my own life, I miss the entire point of humility and repentance, or contrition, which is to enjoy God’s will to save me from my own natural deficiencies. I am made to be weak, in order to seek and accept God’s love and guiding force. When I praise God during a difficult circumstance, instead of dwelling on the idea of my own personal shortcomings or failure, in sadness or self-pity, then I pave the way and make space for Him in my soul to reveal Himself, thus giving Him the chance to be glorified, and demonstrate His almighty love that knows no bounds. God will always save me if I only let Him!

“The Right Angle Perspective”💐
Instead of focusing upon how “horrible” I am, I focus instead upon how great God is! I don’t succumb to guilt or dwell within my sins or shortcomings, but rather, I practice humility and see my sins as the path by which I can wholeheartedly praise Him. I could not glorify God, demonstrating His might and heroics in rescuing me, if I could do it myself, nor could I take pleasure in His greatness if I thought that I were great!

Acts 16:19-26
19 And when her masters saw that the hope of their gains was gone, they caught Paul and Silas, and drew them into the marketplace unto the rulers, 20 and brought them to the magistrates, saying, These men, being Jews, do exceedingly trouble our city, 21 and teach customs, which are not lawful for us to receive, neither to observe, being Romans. 22 And the multitude rose up together against them: and the magistrates rent off their clothes, and commanded to beat them. 23 And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast them into prison, charging the jailor to keep them safely: 24 who, having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks.
25 And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. 26 And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed.

1 Corinthians 4
Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
4 Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God. 2 Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful. 3 But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man’s judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self. 4 For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord. 5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
6 And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another. 7 For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it? 8 Now ye are full, now ye are rich, ye have reigned as kings without us: and I would to God ye did reign, that we also might reign with you. 9 For I think that God hath set forth us the apostles last, as it were appointed to death: for we are made a spectacle unto the world, and to angels, and to men. 10 We are fools for Christ’s sake, but ye are wise in Christ; we are weak, but ye are strong; ye arehonourable, but we are despised. 11 Even unto this present hour we both hunger, and thirst, and are naked, and are buffeted, and have no certain dwellingplace; 12 and labour, working with our own hands: being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we suffer it: 13 being defamed, we intreat: we are made as the filth of the world, and arethe offscouring of all things unto this day.
14 I write not these things to shame you, but as my beloved sons I warn you. 15 For though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel. 16 Wherefore I beseech you, be ye followers of me. 17 For this cause have I sent unto you Timotheus, who is my beloved son, and faithful in the Lord, who shall bring you into remembrance of my ways which be in Christ, as I teach every where in every church. 18 Now some are puffed up, as though I would not come to you. 19 But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will, and will know, not the speech of them which are puffed up, but the power. 20 For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power. 21 What will ye? shall I come unto you with a rod, or in love, and in the spirit of meekness?

1 Corinthians 4:10
10 We are fools for Christ’s sake, but ye are wise in Christ; we are weak, but ye are strong; ye arehonourable, but we are despised.

“Divine Paradox”🍃
I am a fool for Christ. Suffering any manner of persecution, if so done for the sake of the Lord, is done to good purpose, and so becomes my strength and song. The beautiful paradox of charity, that being the selfless Christian love, is that the sacrifice for a far greater benefit than mine own self could absorb bestows the glory I crave, which is to be a part of something truly good. It is out of love and veneration for the name of God and the welfare of His children, and so it is to good purpose and of real effect, and that emptying of my selfhood and sacrifice of my own best interest is the only true source of joy that I’ve ever found. This is God’s own doing.

“The Tie that Binds”🎋
The surprisingly satisfying and restorative nature of charity, or self-sacrifice made out of love for the greater good, for something I could truthfully believe in as a worthy cause, is God’s will for us, and is only realized by faith and not by logic. To preserve my own best interests would appear to be the path of happiness and wellbeing, but by God’s Own glorious wisdom, that human logic is the path to ruin, and correspondingly, the personal sacrifice performed in a selfless act of love, preserves the soul. A loving sacrifice of my own self, as an offering in the name of God’s own favorite flavor of love, is the means by which He has fashioned us to sustain our lives. We all derive joy from caring for each other, for His holy name.

“Reconciled to Perfection”🌱
God reconciles is back to Him, gathering back unto His fold us lost children of sin, through the division of labor, specialization of purpose, and distribution of power within the holy Trinity. God is perfect love, and as being so supremely good, He is perfectly just and only ever pure truth. He is so pure in goodness that a divine intervention is needed to tie together such polar extremes as human sin and immortal God. Christ, the beloved only Son of God, is borne of the Father for the purpose of collecting the children back into the holy heavenly family. Christ avows for us and our salvation by willingly dying for us, thus claiming us for the Father by His plea and intercession. If Christ had not confirmed our birthright as God’s children, by showing the Father how far He would go to keep us, then we would have no recourse to the Lord God, because there would be no other goodness claiming power over us. We are only reconciled to God, Our Creator, against Whom we have sinned and disobeyed consistently throughout the ages, by Christ, and by no virtue of our own. Without Christ tying us back into the graces of our Heavenly Father, by Himself supplying that link of love beloved of the Father through His law or virtue of justice, then we would be too evil to arrive to Him.

“Golden Ticket Redeemer”🌻
Christ cooperated with God’s plan for us, and created of His own life and sacrifice that perfection of selfless love, and so redeemed us from our evil ways to God. Christ claims us, but if we do not submit to His calling and reproofs, by following Him instead of ourselves and our own wills, then we will not make it Home to God. Our freewill is our chance to demonstrate learning and maturity, and admit that our own wretched ways led us to murder the Lord, the holy ambassador of God’s love. The wretchedness of such an act made possible the greatness of God’s mercy as a demonstration of just how great His forgiveness and boundless love can be–we killed His beloved only Son, and He still welcomes us home to His heavenly family. How much more proof could One give to demonstrate the will to love, so that we might actually trust in Him and return to the paradise predestined as His gift to us, the precious progeny of His mighty works.

…Love is perfection. God is great, and love is the greatest thing of all. To praise God’s greatness, I praise God’s love!🍀

“The (Potential) Folly of Fellowship”
Don’t get lost in life’s distractions and move in to the tourist attractions on your way to the dream vacation of Heaven.
“Life Line”
If we steadfastly affirm that, “God speaks to us through each other,” or through our Fellowship, why would He not speak to us as individuals in our private prayer life? In the past I sought to always have some sort of music playing, or to keep some sort of stimulation running static as background noise or conversation, because I was convinced that God was communicating through these channels and loving lyrics. In fearfully clinging on to this indirect line of connection or communication with God, I was missing out on the much more direct channel of quiet time apart with Him in the purity of prayerful listening for His voice, for council, discussion and communion. If I would commune with nature and take in the beauty of the outdoors, why would I not commune with God, our Creator, in a similar manner, to absorb His love and direction, through belief in His all-powerful influence over all things. “There is no speech nor language where their voice is not heard” (Psalm 19:3). How much more direct is His voice when communicated straight to my mind and heart as thoughts, through the channel of faith-based meditation. God is not just some vague amorphous Force underlying all existence. God is a Person with feelings, a very unique and distinct personality, and real emotions and opinions. To know God is really to interact and learn to have a relationship, at the most fundamental level of creation, upon which all else depends.
“Stars Align”
In God’s reality, not the illusory world that we ourselves have created in our attempts to explain existence, nothing is fixed, constant, permanent, or unchanging, except for God Himself. Any miracle is possible by His command, provided that one holds onto belief in Him instead of in superficial appearances, the dictates of man or convention, or one’s own self. A real, mutual relationship requires two people interacting to actually work, so if I do not invest my Time and effort into the Father, I would not fare well to expect much reciprocation from Him. Devotion carries weight in God’s world, while our material grasping, concerns over trivial affairs, and mundane cares do not. God can determine or change any aspect of existence, as it all rests upon Him, so to seek happiness from any other source in existence is short-sighted and senseless. Truly, only God is actually real, so the more I reject the fake man-made illusion of what is or what matters, the more His hidden workings shine through and are made manifest. God Himself takes on the form of the only destiny that could hold water and be worthy of pursuing: His Own. The less I believe in the workings of man and the more I invest in the workings of the Lord, the firmer my belief becomes, strengthened like a muscle, simply by use as with exercise. The more steadfast my prayerful practices, the more sturdy and reliable is my belief in holding me up and carrying me upwards to the truth of God.
“Land Line”
Prayerful reflection or contemplation can be just as valuable an influence as the Fellowship of our brethren, provided I seek God’s voice and not just my own thoughts. The practice of meditation, as restraining myself from verbal thought to practice the art of listening, is the most intimate route by which to seek God; God as the Person. God will direct my thinking as I pray for His direction. The more I invest in a personal, one-on-one relationship with God, the more direct will His voice be in my mind and thoughts. I don’t hear voices, I hear People. God and Jesus are capable of relating to us in just the same way that any other person can. Letting down my guard of ego, doubt, fear, or disbelief opens the window of the soul, the mind’s Eye, wherein God may commune with me, to provide inspiration and encouragement.
“Main Line”
To disregard meditation as being valuable, on the grounds that, “God speaks to me best through other people,” is avoidant, evasive, and slightly disrespectful to God. Such a standpoint only demonstrates a lack of faith, confidence, and belief in Him. God’s presence is awe-inspiring, and can be so overwhelming as to cause a sense of fear, but persistence in working with Him to pass beyond that initial sort of fear or amazement, to “break the ice,” and kick off the “cold feet,” is the most worthy and worthwhile pursuit that can be undertaken in all of existence. God takes precedence in all matters, because He dictates the utmost reality that I could experience, as being almighty and capable of deciding it. The relationship that I share with God is actually the only thing that can and will sustain me through thick and thin, through this life and on into His eternity in Heaven.

Psalm 19:3-4
3 There is no speech nor language,
where their voice is not heard.
4 Their line is gone out through all the earth,
and their words to the end of the world.
In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,

Mark 11:22-26
22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. 23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. 24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. 25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. 26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

Matthew 14:24-33
24 But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary. 25 And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea. 26 And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear. 27 But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid. 28 And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. 29 And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. 30 But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. 31 And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt? 32 And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased. 33 Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God.

Matthew 17:11-13
11 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things. 12 But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them. 13 Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist.

2 Kings 2:1-3; 11
2 And it came to pass, when the Lordwould take up Elijah into heaven by a whirlwind, that Elijah went with Elisha from Gilgal. 2 And Elijah said unto Elisha, Tarry here, I pray thee; for the Lord hath sent me to Beth-el. And Elisha said unto him, As the Lord liveth, and as thy soul liveth, I will not leave thee. So they went down to Beth-el. 3 And the sons of the prophets that were at Beth-el came forth to Elisha, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Lord will take away thy master from thy head to day? And he said, Yea, I know it; hold ye your peace.
11 And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.

Genesis 5:18-24
18 And Jared lived an hundred sixty and two years, and he begat Enoch: 19 and Jared lived after he begat Enoch eight hundred years, and begat sons and daughters: 20 and all the days of Jared were nine hundred sixty and two years: and he died.
21 And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and begat Methuselah: 22 and Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters: 23 and all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years: 24 and Enoch walked with God: and he wasnot; for God took him.

Luke 17:6-10; 20-211
5 And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith. 6 And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you. 7 But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he is come from the field, Go and sit down to meat? 8 And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink? 9 Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not. 10 So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.
20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: 21 neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

“God is: Great Expectations”
Faith is my job, in meeting God halfway. I can’t ask God to do my part of our relationship any more than I could try to call the shots or do His job for me. Either I believe or I don’t; even .0001% hope will suffice to carry me through to the light at the end of the tunnel, so long as it is not outright rejection of belief, or 0% faith. Belief is commanded of me, which certainly takes any shades of gray, as doubt or ambiguity, out of the equation. My belief works for God, I do not let worldly circumstances dictate my belief. The reality I expect I found upon my belief in God, and I do not let it falter based upon that which it is intended to determine. God makes this possible, as that Unseen electric current of divine magic, His pure potential of Love, allowing for infinity and endless possibilities, all coursing through the veins, the lifeblood, of all existence.

“Gazeless Stair”🔎🕶🔍
My gaze, the weight of my focus, is so heavy and intense that it will not suit me to focus my attention or my thinking upon my own self. I cannot comfortably be the sole subject of my own thoughts. Refraining from thinking about myself in isolation from God, and His world at large, even in a metacognitive fashion as self-examination, is conducive to peace, and instrumental in experiencing that intuitive flow of serenity. Simply looking for God around me, and asking the quick prayer of “God, what is Thy will for me?” in a moment of fear or frustration, is enough to calm any nerves. Following after my belief in God’s care is my job here, as the footwork of my faith, or my unfaltering belief in God’s love and charity for us, which is the root to survival, keeping me stayed and steadfast in the safety of His Kingdom within, throughout any disaster, storm, difficulty, or whirlwind.

“Counter-Intuitive Intelligence”🕵️‍♀️🤹‍♂️
To sacrifice my thinking and offer my self and my mind up to God for His purposes, to be His instrument, is the best thing I could ever possibly do in this life. My own thoughts could never amount to anything, but God’s thinking can change the world! My best thinking, even if it may be genius, is still merely mortal and as insignificant as dust and ashes in God’s world. The only worthwhile thinking to please Him would be to give up on my own fallible thoughts and let Him supply me with His miracles. To be truly wise, I surrender my finite human wisdom, in favor of God’s mind, as omnipotent and omniscient supremacy. “By thought, could add one cubit to His height…” When I feel that self-based fear and discomfort, wherein I feel the need to run away and escape or avoid a situation, simply adding the “idea of God” to my thoughts, intuiting His grasp around me, to help shoulder that burden of the power of my human thought, seems to right any wrongs within, and everything just “clicks.” Looking for God, seeing God, following after God, and communicating to God through all aspects of His creation, is what life truly is. There only ever is God.

“Circus Act”🤹‍♀️🎧🕵️
The virtue isn’t in how many thoughts you can juggle, but in how many you can let go of. Surrendering your mind to God is the greatest thing that you could do with it.

“Synchronicity with God:
Cooperation in Joyful Effort”🎪🎼
Your job is to do whatever you need to do to appreciate life. Appreciating life means seeing and intuiting “the good parts.” Attaining the “good life” means looking for and seeing God, and not what I, of my own self, might want if not aimed towards God.
Faith is the serenity, the flow state of positive psychology, of loving God and trusting in and acting upon His love for me. Living life is an ongoing process of keeping up and maintaining an active dialogue and running discourse with God, in all that I think, see, feel, do, and am.

“GI Joseph: Kung Fu Grip”🎏🎎
In holding onto God, instead of merely the purely physical, or spiritually empty and ultimately meaningless aspects of this world and existence, I cling to the eternal path that sustains our living reciprocation of His love. This “death grip” upon the source of real life, God’s eternal flow of His will, is what keeps me connected to what matters. The challenge is in letting go of the little jewels of knowledge along the way in order to stay attached to Him, as a Person, with His guiding and protecting influence. Trusting in God and grasping onto Him, over and above the satisfaction of His gifts, the little pearls of wisdom He bestows as We go along, is the beauty of nurturing Our relationship, expressing devotion, making sacrifices in His name, and avowing undying love and devotion to Him, to Our God alone and nothing else.

“Show Me How”🎩✨
Follow along God’s trail, His earthly voice, expressed of signs and tender mercies, letting go of each one to grasp upon the next, as rungs of a ladder laid out for you, to lead you safely to Him through any obstacle, adversary, trial, or tribulation. Flow along with the Lord in His life-giving current, and don’t get caught up in a snag or snare along the way. Let God take the reins of your heart and direct your focus, mind, thinking, attention, and perceptions. Go along in synchronicity, following after God. Let Him lead, and never look back!

Which came as a surprise
I spoke into his eyes
I thought you died alone
A long long time ago
Oh no, not me
We never lost control
You’re face to face
With the man who sold the world
I laughed and shook his hand
And made my way back home
I searched for form and land
For years and years I roamed
I gazed a gazeless stare
At all the millions here
I must have died alone
A long, long time ago
Who knows? Not me
We never lost control
You’re face to face
With the man who sold the world
Who knows? Not me
We never lost control
You’re face to face
With the man who sold the world”

“One Day At A Time”🌤
Matthew 6:24-34
24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. 25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? 26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? 27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? 28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: 29 and yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? 31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. 34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

“The Good Part”👩‍🚀

Genesis 19:12-29
12 And the men said unto Lot, Hast thou here any besides? son in law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of this place: 13 for we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the Lord; and the Lord hath sent us to destroy it. 14 And Lot went out, and spake unto his sons in law, which married his daughters, and said, Up, get you out of this place; for the Lord will destroy this city. But he seemed as one that mocked unto his sons in law. 15 And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city. 16 And while he lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters; the Lord being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the city.
17 And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed. 18 And Lot said unto them, Oh, not so, my Lord: 19 behold now, thy servant hath found grace in thy sight, and thou hast magnified thy mercy, which thou hast shewed unto me in saving my life; and I cannot escape to the mountain, lest some evil take me, and I die: 20 behold now, this city is near to flee unto, and it is a little one: Oh, let me escape thither, (is it not a little one?) and my soul shall live. 21 And he said unto him, See, I have accepted thee concerning this thing also, that I will not overthrow this city, for the which thou hast spoken. 22 Haste thee, escape thither; for I cannot do any thing till thou be come thither. Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar. 23 The sun was risen upon the earth when Lot entered into Zoar. 24 Then the Lordrained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven; 25 and he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.
26 But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt. 27 And Abraham gat up early in the morning to the place where he stood before the Lord: 28 and he looked toward Sodom and Gomorrah, and toward all the land of the plain, and beheld, and, lo, the smoke of the country went up as the smoke of a furnace. 29 And it came to pass, when God destroyed the cities of the plain, that God remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow, when he overthrew the cities in the which Lot dwelt.

“Raised on the Promise-Says”🌈
Genesis 9:16-17
16 And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth. 17 And God said unto Noah, This is the token of the covenant, which I have established between me and all flesh that is upon the earth.

“Fruit of the Holy Spirit”🦋
Galatians 5:4-10
4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace. 5 For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith. 6 For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love. 7 Ye did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth? 8 This persuasion cometh not of him that calleth you. 9 A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump. 10 I have confidence in you through the Lord, that ye will be none otherwise minded: but he that troubleth you shall bear his judgment, whosoever he be.

Faith is to take a stance, to come to a firm decision and a resolution: “I love You!”🎺

“The Path”🌞
God smiles upon the goodwill of One soul wishing to save all, even the most wicked, through the action of altruism taught by Christ, and thus, all of God’s children are brought into the fold and bound together, in the unity of One. If One’s goodwill of righteousness seeks to save “all” by the principle of purity, innocence, and mercy, then God’s own laws, of virtue, love and justice, cannot turn down this act, and He necessarily must fulfill it, by the divine decree of His Own will of perfect love.
This loving intention, and the pivotal living sacrifice that must ensue in order to fulfill it, to preserve “all living things,” finds favor with God, in adherence to His prophesies. This righteousness of One ensures the survival of all life by providing that tie necessary to bind all of us to God, though still sinners, through His law and virtue of justice, or repayment in kind for the deeds performed. Without this tie, claiming even the wicked unto God’s bosom, they would be bound to the law of justice as His visitation for their sins, instead of the loophole offered of His mercy, as the reconciliation. This act actualizes God, and the extension of His perfect love and mercy, to all of us. The promises of God’s salvation and Christ’s redemption are made manifest and catalyzed as Our joined destiny of life, together as One in Fellowship, by the unity of the Holy Spirit, with none left behind, by the grace of God.
